Deputy Chief Health Tutor and Vice Principal, Nurses Training College, Ho- an effective educational administrator and a Nurse with a strong passion for academic excellence and leadership who bring a unique blend of academic and administrative interest to drive the college academic division towards achieving its goals. As a Vice Principal I assist the principal in the daily running of college affairs ensuring seamless operation and decision-making. Additionally, I serve as charge officer of the academic division supervision the Head of Programmes, academic Officers, Class coordinators and students to deliver high quality academic programs. I hold a Master Degree in Educational Administration and Bachelor degrees in Nursing and Educational Psychology. My vision is foster a culture of excellence where tutors deliver impactful lessons as well as partner with the other boxes to achieve academic and overall goals of the college. I am committed to creating an environment that support students’ success and continuous improvement thus contributing to the development of next generation of Nurses.
